As owner and therapist at Pyramid of Hope Counseling, LLC my goal is to provide the best Mental Health services to family members throughout Northern Michigan. Our practitioners have expertise in working with Infants, Adolescents, Adults and Parents in areas of Depression, Anxiety, Grief/Loss, Trauma, Relationships, Addictions, Behavior/Habit Change, Adjustment & Phase of Life Transitions & Career-Related Issues.

As a Facilitator of Prepare & Enrich and training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I evaluate couples’ relationships, educate & assist them in recognizing their strengths and obstacles within those relationships to promote growth.

In addition to my counseling experience, I have dedicated my lifetime working in the healthcare profession. This combination has provided me the expertise to work with individuals impacted by trauma, chronic illness and the vast co-morbidities that accompany these conditions. My counseling style has been described as eclectic in nature by the way I draw upon both naturopathic and western medicine philosophies as well as, practicing from various psychological theorists.
