I graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Central Michigan University. The focus of my counseling process is to encourage my clients to thrive on the benefits of having healthy relationships with family members, significant others, and most importantly with themselves. I will guide them and we will work together to reflect upon how their problems are affecting them mentally, emotionally, physically. Most importantly, I will provide each client with advice and resources on how to start taking steps toward a brighter outlook on life.

I am very energetic and passionate about helping others be successful. Most people would say that I am an extrovert, although because of various reasons, I am also an introvert and definitely need time to be alone and be isolated in order to reenergize. The best way for me to relax is to go for a walk with Kona. She is a German Shepherd/Lab mix and we love exploring trails throughout Northern Michigan.

My happy place depends on the season. In the spring and summer months, I absolutely love any activity that involves being in or near water. In the fall, I love being connected with nature and embracing the beautiful colors of the various landscapes. I am not a fan of cold weather, although there is nothing like watching snow falling from the sky, especially when it glistens on a sunny day.
