Welcome! Taking steps to reach out for support is courageous and brave, and I know it can also be a little scary. I appreciate the effort this takes and am honored at the possibility to partner with you and together work towards your wellness and working towards the goals you have for your life.

Previously, I have worked as an Infant Mental Health Therapist supporting families through the joys and variety of challenges that come with expanding their family. Together working towards and nurturing the mental health of parents/caregivers and their child’s early development. I also have experience working with elementary age children within the school environment and work towards supporting and strengthening child social/emotional health and relationships. I enjoy partnering with caregivers to create a circle of support around each client with the belief that within safe relationships we can create the change we hope for within ourselves.

I work with adults, parents/caregivers, and children from birth to 12 years old. Supporting those who have concerns regarding anxiety, depression, navigating life changes and times of transition, perinatal and postnatal issues, relationship challenges, grief and loss, attachment concerns, and processing difficult life experiences. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my degree from the University of Michigan. I am also endorsed by the Michigan Association of Infant Mental Health as an Infant Family Specialist (Level II).

Personally, I enjoy reading on the beach, kayaking, hiking, and skiing. I love cooking with family and friends and experimenting with new recipes. I enjoy board and card games and traveling to have quality time with family and friends.
