Hi, Stephanie here! I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Wellness Educator. I worked in health insurance consulting for 22 years where I saw first-hand how important prevention is to living a vibrant and healthy life. I also experienced the many challenges most people face working a full-time career, being a parent, and running a household. I didn’t know what the term “self-care” meant, as I was doing everything for everyone else and if I had anything left, I’d fit something in for me.

I had no idea that studying to become a Health Coach would completely transform my life – mentally and physically. The program showed me that being healthy meant more than striving to have good nutrition and a certain number on the scale. I learned a holistic approach to living – focusing on a “Circle of Life” concept that encompasses Movement, Spirituality, Relationships, Career, Nutrition, Finances, Joy, etc.

Through my transformation, I realized that my long-term career was no longer serving the person I was becoming and I took a leap of faith and “retired” from it and haven’t looked back! My Dad always told me to “be afraid not to change” and my good friend Jill encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and pursue my life’s desires.

My passion is to help others become the BEST version of themselves and I love to be on that journey as a partner. It’s not always easy, but with courage, patience, grit, and encouragement I know it’s possible… I’m living proof! Knowing that each of us has unique stories, I relate to each person on an individual basis, helping to set and meet goals. While I’m not a Nutritionist, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories, such as Ayurveda, macrobiotic, paleo, vegan and vegetarian. Fueling our bodies with the most effective foods is crucial to having energy and vibrancy in our lives, therefore I am a strong advocate for Meal Planning and Preparation and work with each person to come up with a fun, tasty, and simple plan to EAT TO LIVE instead of live to eat. I also show people how to make themselves a priority so that they aren’t just going through the motions of living but actually living on purpose! We only have this one life to live and I want to help people live it with passion, purpose, and vibrancy!
